🏆 Exciting news: We’re proud to share that our commitment to ED&I has been highly commended at the prestigious Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Awards 2024! We were recognised in the ‘Diversity Initiative of the Year’ category for: ✨ Our collaboration with Bath University, where our Student Support team helped increase disabled students’ employability by 10%. ✨ Our insights on gender identity, employability, and mental health in the Student Support Insight Report 2023/24 that surveyed over 200 higher education institutions in the UK. ✨ Our internal ED&I initiatives such as employee network groups, the Randstad Inclusion Lab, inclusive ITA processes, and mutual mentoring.
