Yesterday, the UK Government released the "Get Britain Working" White Paper. A few key points 📑 The Youth Guarantee will ensure every young person has the opportunity to earn or learn, to address unemployment and provide access to jobs, apprenticeships, and skills training. Local areas, led by mayors and councils, will implement integrated work, health, and skills plans to try and combat economic inactivity, particularly among those affected by long-term sickness. The New Jobs and Careers Service will combine Jobcentre Plus and the National Careers Service to create a unified system focused on skills and career development. It will also use AI and digital tools to connect jobseekers with opportunities.
