Part 6 of our ‘meet the team’ series, and we’re excited to introduce three more incredible members from our Programme Delivery team. Lauren Nicholson, Programme Manager 🟩 What does a typical day look like? Start around 8am, days are very busy with back to back meetings usually. If not in meetings I'm planning, creating content, delivering and brainstorming - fuelled by coffee and background music! 🟩 Favourite digital tools? Excel, CRM systems and AI 🌍 Bucket list? New York, Las Vegas and the Maldives! It's our 10 year anniversary this year so hoping to get a special trip planned to tick off the bucket list. On a smaller scale, she’d love to take up crocheting and learn a second language soon. Stacey Power, Programme Manager 🟩 What does a typical day look like? A walk with my dog before diving straight into emails and catching up with practices or PCNs. I’m assisting practices with the CAIP requirements, ensuring PCNs feel confident in claiming their funding by the end of March, and promoting the NHS App to staff members to boost their confidence in recommending it to patients. 🟩 Favourite digital tools? Definitely my Kindle or the app, I love how convenient it makes accessing books wherever I am. Whether I’m taking a quick break or relaxing after work, diving into a good book is my favourite way to unwind - with a cup of tea and biscuits of course! 🌍 Bucket list? NC500 - exploring the 500-mile route through Scotland’s stunning Highlands by motorbike and camping along the way (hopefully with some lovely weather too). Kylie Halliwell, Programme Support 🟩 What does a typical day look like? Supporting practices on-site, promoting the NHS app, and attending PCN meetings to provide guidance on all things digital. If I'm not on-site, I'm reviewing practice websites and delivering insightful reports to help them fully optimize their online presence. My goal is to ensure patients have access to the tools they need in one place to encourage self-care and improve health outcomes 🟩 Favourite digital tools? At work it has to be the website review tool—and not just because I built it myself! 😉 It provides practices with a clear, visual dashboard to highlight areas of compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. The tool leverages the NHSE benchmarking framework to evaluate practice websites effectively. On a personal level, I’m a big fan of TikTok. I love unwinding with funny videos, creating silly voice-over clips, and occasionally even dancing with the kids—much to their delight and my future embarrassment. But I know these are the moments they’ll cherish as they grow older, even if I’ll be cringing when I look back! 🌍 Bucket list? Travelling around America, I would love to visit New Orleans, Seattle (massive Greys anatomy fan) Texas, my dream is to do a fly drive and see as much of America as possible with my husband (once the children are all grown up). #PrimaryCare #MeetTheTeam #DigitalHealth #DigitalInnovation #NHSApp

Healthcare is undergoing a huge change and at the heart of this change are #Digital & #Transformation Leads. These unsung heroes play a pivotal role in making digital transformation a reality, ensuring it’s not just a goal but a practical, impactful change that benefits staff, patients, and systems alike. Unlike general Digital Champions, DTLs are deeply embedded in the strategic fabric of Primary Care Networks and are a vital investment in driving meaningful transformation. They operate at the intersection of leadership, innovation and implementation, bringing clarity to complex challenges. From managing operational improvements to aligning digital transformation efforts with wider ICS goals, DTLs are the backbone of meaningful progress. But their job isn’t easy. Many face undefined roles and competing demands, which can dilute focus and hinder results. Feedback to us is they often feel isolated. That’s why targeted support and clear guidance are essential. At Redmoor Health, we understand the demands placed on DTLs and have crafted a programme designed to unlock their potential. Our Development Programme offers tailored resources, coaching, and a structured curriculum to empower DTLs with the skills they need to succeed. From competency frameworks to peer networks the programme ensures they have the tools to: ✅ Drive operational improvements and enhance patient access. ✅ Align digital efforts with ICS priorities. ✅ Build collaborative relationships across PCNs and ICSs. ✅ Measure and demonstrate tangible outcomes. One of the standout features of the DTL Development Programme is its emphasis on collaboration. DTLs are not lone operators; they thrive in a community of peers who share insights, strategies and successes. Our peer networks, supported by tools like the Digital & Transformation Hub, foster an environment of shared learning and innovation. This collective approach means DTLs can tackle challenges together, from improving digital adoption rates to streamlining workflows. The impact of a well-supported DTL is profound. Through structured learning and tailored action plans, DTLs can transform their PCNs, reducing inefficiencies, boosting staff confidence, and improving patient experiences. They are uniquely positioned to turn strategic goals into actionable, measurable results. For instance, DTLs who have completed our programme report significant gains in their ability to lead initiatives, align with ICS goals, and inspire their teams. One participant noted: “This programme gave me the clarity and tools I needed to confidently drive change and see real results.” If you’re ready to empower your DTLs and see the impact of transformative leadership in action, let’s start the conversation. Together, we can make the vision of digital transformation a reality. https://lnkd.in/et-m9j2k Dillon Sykes Matt Murphy Kieran Waterston Lisa Williamson
