We will end spam calls, spam emails, office work, lower the cost of hiring through agencies and break traditional 9-5 routine. We encourage networking, pay-once-you-hire, flexible working, efficiency and freedom. You are in control of your own career. What better way of promoting trust than through promoting a sharing economy? Where our users share their skillsets and are networking, connecting, socialising – all for one main goal: to have a career that is mentally, financially and Rekkruutly beneficial.   • Afternoon Everyone! 👋 If you’re about to interview a candidate for the first time ever, here’s a quick tip: 😓 The typical interview setup is rigid, nerve-wracking and a lot of the time a candidate just focuses on answering the question with an example which isn't necessarily a good indication of their experience or their talent. 😃 Instead we recommend keeping the interview conversational, ask open ended questions and explore the candidates experience. 🚶♂️ Steve Jobs used to take candidates for an informal walk during interviews. Breaking away from the typical interview creating a relaxed environment for both of them, helping Steve get a clearer sense of whether they were the right person for the role and team. 💡 Remember: It’s not just ticking boxes, it’s about finding a person to fit within the team as a whole and how they can grow into a role.
