  • Leadership doesn’t have to be all or nothing.    This morning’s LinkedIn Live panel, Beyond the Quota – Initiatives with Impact, moderated by Renoir’s Jennifer (Brook) Botfield, brought together a panel of experienced senior female leaders for an important discussion on accelerating action in leadership and driving meaningful change.    CEO of Board Intelligence, Pippa Begg, shared how she and her co-founder built flexibility into their leadership structure—ensuring that senior women in their team could continue to lead while navigating key life stages.    💡 “We have a very open conversation about what’s right for everyone. We are very pro co-working, job-sharing, and creating strategic project roles that are at the same level, just without the team responsibility, which I think is one of the hardest things to manage when you need to be more dynamic with your time because of children and other things in life.”    It’s no surprise the data shows a notable increase in female fractional leaders utilising this route as a solution to this problem.
