Exciting Opportunity: Event Managers We are seeking an experienced and proactive Events Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our continued growth and commitment to sustainability. Our head office is based near Bristol, and we work with clients and events across the UK. You will be responsible for distributing reusable cups across event sites, this role can be physically demanding and requires a fair amount of heavy lifting. This role involves extensive travel to high-profile music, leisure, and sporting events across the UK.   We offer flexible working arrangements based on your location and preferences. Whether you prefer to work remotely, in the office, or a mix of both, we’re happy to accommodate your needs.   Freelance & full-time opportunities are available.   Key Responsibilities On-site Event Operations: Manage the on-site reusable cup systems at events, ensuring a smooth execution, operational efficiency and high client satisfaction. This can include loading and unloading pallet loads of reusable cups from a trailer, setting up and distributing cups and Cup Retention Units across the events site, overseeing the separation of cups from waste to maximise retention efforts. Additionally, provide hands on support to the event staff, troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure compliance with the events sustainability goals. Team Leadership: Lead on-site teams to uphold Re-uz's brand values and work collaboratively toward each event’s success.
