An excellent podcast from Scottish Housing News on the award winning retrofit of Prospecthill Court multi storey in Greenock belonging to River Clyde Homes. Hearing how energy bills have reduced by up to 80% is fantastic for the residents making the homes desirable too. NorDan UK Ltd is proud to have been involved through supplying our unique StormGuard tilt & turn aluminium clad timber window system with triple glazing, so contributing to the residents comfort and significantly reduced heating bills. And this while generating significantly less embodied carbon than PVC-U windows and having a 60-year life expectancy. Being able to install the new NorDan windows before the original windows were actually removed helped ensure the residents could stay in their homes during the whole over-cladding process.
