  • WOW, what a way to kick off our new ‘Textile Champions’ program 🤩 We had so much fun yesterday at Wat's Dyke CP School in Wrexham to launch our new educational initiative. The program rewards schools excelling in textile recycling with a fun, interactive workshop 📚 The workshop highlights the importance of sustainability and empowers students to embrace reducing, reusing and recycling ♻️ Thank you to Vikki Pendry for all your help! Wats Dyke have done an amazing job, collecting just under 3.5 tons of clothing this year alone, helping divert textiles from landfill while raising funds for their school 🙌🏻 #textilechampions #textilerecycling #schools #educationalprogram #reduce #reuse #recycle

  • An insight from our co director Paul Roberts into his recent trip to India. Starting with a visit to see fibre-to-fibre recyclers, who are turning old clothing into new, then embarking on a 300-mile cycling challenge in support of Zoe's Place Baby Hospice, Liverpool 🚴 The team raised over £400,000 for the charity—an amazing achievement! Well done to everyone involved 💚 #Zoesplacecycle #India #fibretofibre #trulycircular #fashionwaste

  • 💚 Over £2.5 million paid to our charity partners in the last 12 months! 💚 We are delighted to announce that in the past 12 months, we have paid over £2.5 million to our incredible charity partners! This milestone is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication – from our Cheshire HQ (as some are seen in the photo 📸) to our hardworking drivers, transport partners, and team in Cardiff. Our Co-Director, Simon Roberts, shared: "Paying out over £2.5 million to our charity partners in just 12 months is a staggering amount and something we are very proud of. Every item of clothing donated helps raise vital funds for worthy causes while reducing waste and giving pre-loved items a new life. We're so lucky to work in an industry that can positively impact charitable causes and our environment." Let's keep donating and keep recycling! 🙏 #charitypartners #recordyear #textilerecycling #nolandfill #reuse

  • Exciting times ahead! ♻️👖 🎉 Our three directors just took a moment to celebrate a huge milestone at our new warehouse: our first bale of shredded cotton made from end-of-life textiles! This bale represents a massive step forward in our journey toward becoming a key feedstock supplier for the circular economy. The cotton will soon be transported to India, where it will be recycled back into new products through fibre-to-fibre recycling – helping to close the loop on textile waste and reduce our environmental impact. 🌍♻️ We’re excited to share that our co-director Paul will be following the bale to India to get a first-hand look at the recycling process before he starts his 300 mile charity cycle. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this exciting journey toward a more sustainable future. 💪 #Sustainability #CircularEconomy #TextileRecycling #FibretoFibre #SustainableFuture

  • Last week, our Co-Director Paul Roberts had the pleasure of speaking at the annual CLAIRE Wales conference in Lampeter. During his presentation, he addressed councils and industry experts about our schools' recycling program and the educational packages we offer across England and Wales. At Roberts Recycling, we firmly believe that a key factor in tackling the negative impact of the fashion industry and the waste it generates is changing the mindset of our younger generation. We advocate for buying less, choosing better, and recycling responsibly when items are no longer needed. #recycle4school #dragonbags #schooleducation #changingmindsets #CLAIREwales

A huge shoutout to these brands for their incredible support! Donating stock through one of our charity partners is a fantastic way to dispose of unwanted stock while supporting amazing causes. Together, we can make a real difference. 💚 #zoesplaceliverpool #amazingsupoort #stockdonations #reuse
