Our recent project in Ludlow looks fairly straight-forward, but it faced the significant issue of having affordable house status, which comes with strict restrictions. By working closely with the planning authorities and the local Affordable Housing Officer RRA was able to make the case for the extension and we were absolutely delighted when the scheme was recently granted Planning Permission – a great result.
