Another major driver was focusing on occasional and buying moments. Ghost centred their campaign around a "date night" theme, which significantly boosted purchase intent. Here are some intriguing Q&As from the newsletter: 💙Fragrance is an intangible product; how does sampling assist in building brand awareness that, in turn, can generate results? Fragrance is one of those things you need to try before you buy. Sampling bridges the gap between fragrance's intangible nature and the consumer's need to experience it before purchasing. By providing physical samples, we enable consumers to engage with the product in their own homes, which is more memorable and can significantly influence purchasing decisions. This allows brands to have a one-to-one moment with the customer and leads to higher conversion rates vs. traditional advertising. ----- 💙Can you run through a case study with us of a solution for a brand you have helped within the fragrance industry? Certainly. One that stands out was with The Orange Square Company to promote Creed’s best-selling fragrance - Aventus. The objective was to target a specific audience of premium consumers in the lead-up to Christmas. They wanted to enrich their data, gather reviews, and drive traffic to their online store. We crafted a sampling experience that aligned with the Creed brand, using premium packaging and inserts, providing faster delivery, and creating a tailored digital journey to complement the sample and drive further engagement. We’re investing heavily in our platform, and our enhanced AI analytics tools will provide even deeper, more actionable insights into consumer behaviours and campaign performance. Other developments are driving improvements in media performance and ROAS, driving down the cost of engaging and converting relevant audiences. Specifically for the fragrance market our new FragranceMatch technology is going to build on our historic success in matching people to the best fragrances with a fresh, exciting UX. The impact was significant. The campaign generated over 5x ROI directly from the activation.
