Yuup is the marketplace for local experiences, launched in Bristol in 2021 with Bath and Birmingham following in 2022.
We founded Yuup because we love supporting local communities and we love experiences.
We believe that connecting local businesses with local customers helps to build stronger and more resilient communities. We love to see local enterprises thrive, the local butcher with a queue out the door, the library extending its opening hours, the exercise class in the park or the artisan in their workshop.
We believe these enterprises can offer fun, diverse, original and varied experiences to local people and in turn, create new revenue streams and attract new customers.
We have built Yuup to help them by providing the tools to develop, promote, manage and deliver experiences. If you’re a owner or creator curious to join us, find out more about becoming a Yuup experience host.
We’ve always been passionate about experiences and like many, we would far rather receive an experience as a gift, that another physical possession. However, buying and gifting experiences is often frustrating so we decide to try and make it all a bit simpler.
The result is Yuup.co. We hope you love it, we hope you find experiences you want to try, and many of you decide to offer experiences yourself.

🌟 A huge THANK YOU to Yuup & Celestial for extending the invitation to City Hospice to be a part of the first drone light show in Cardiff's Sophia Gardens! ✨ We're incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be involved in such a spectacular event.
Together, we raised just over £600 for City Hospice, supporting our mission to provide vital care and support to those facing life-limiting illnesses in Cardiff. Your generosity and support truly makes a difference to the lives of our patients and their families⭐
It was an unforgettable evening filled with mesmerising lights and heartwarming community spirit. We're proud to have been a part of it, and we couldn't have done it without the amazing support from Yuup, Celestial, and everyone who attended❤️

With a continuing mission to champion indie businesses and empower local communities, we are now recruiting experience hosts (individuals who can share a unique experience with the community) across the city.
Since our launch in Bristol in April 2021, Yuup has expanded into Bath and Birmingham, growing a vibrant community of over 500 experience hosts.
Well, we don't want to stop there! Our team has ambitious plans to expand across UK cities and into Europe, kicking off in Cardiff this Spring.

Birmingham Royal Ballet will be performing a very special introduction to The Sleeping Beauty, one of the greatest classical ballets of all time, in the magnificent surroundings of Bristol Cathedral.
The event will be presented by Jonathan Payn, Principal Character Artist & Assistant Répétiteur, along with Tom Rogers, an ex-company dancer, who will guide the audience throughout the evening and give expert insight into how the show is created and performed. Live piano accompaniment from pianist Jeanette Wong.
The perfect example of how Yuup is bringing unique, locally hosted experiences to local customers.
