About us

Scoutess Consultancy is a certified female black and ethnic minority owned executive recruitment agency with a clear vision to provoke action, challenge the recruitment norm and change people lives. We have been doing this every day, partnering with more than 1000 organisations, career coaching and mentoring 3000 leaders, whilst placing in excess of 5000 talented candidates into roles at the mid, senior and executive level during our career. We are a team of Leadership and Executive Search Advisors, committed to equity at the most impactful levels of an organisations. With a focus on Retail, Hospitality and Consumer markets, we are leading the EDI talent agenda, using our lived experience, talent experience and insights to accelerate change. From supporting Future Leaders as Retail Week Ambassadors, to taking to the stage at the Grocer and Retail Live, we are passionate about challenging mindsets, to provoke inclusive action. Our mission is to shape leadership teams that drive innovation, transform business performance and align a culture that respects, appreciates and rewards the performance of everyone. Over the past 14 months, we have seen 70% of the candidates we place do this, achieving higher profit levels, productivity and retention levels than their peers. Offering onboarding and career transitioning interventions has enabled us to retain 100% of the candidates we place at the senior leadership levels, whilst driving EDI integration for over 1000 clients, achieving engagement and decision-making performance increases of 20% in the first 6 months post-delivery..
