When Lee Burkill joined the business back in 1995 as a Preparation Labourer and Forklift Truck Driver, he could never have predicted how things would change. 30 years on and much of the site is automated and the company is much bigger than it was then. Now Manufacturing Manager, and a fan of Beefy flavour crinkle cut crisps, Lee says that he hopes to see the business continue to go from strength to strength.
