Best Pancake Recipe! 5 simple steps! Ingredients (12 pancakes) 150g plain flour 300ml semi skimmed milk 2 medium eggs 1½ tbsp olive oil 1. Sign up to our service plan you can include Gas Hob cover for just £1 extra! to make sure your device is performing with optimum safety! This is the most important step, without this we are doomed form the start! https://lnkd.in/eWrqQhi3 2. Sift the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Crack the eggs into the well and whisk. Gradually add the milk and continue whisking, until you have a smooth batter. Leave to stand for 30 mins. 3.Meanwhile, line a baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Preheat the oven to gas 1/4, 110°C, 90°C fan. 4.Brush a 20cm frying pan with a little oil and warm on the hob, over medium heat. Add a tbsp of the batter to the pan, tipping gently until it coats the base in a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 mins, or until golden, then carefully flip the pancake over and cook the underside for 1 min more. 5.Transfer to the prepared baking tray and keep warm in the oven. Repeat to make 12 pancakes, adding a little more oil to the pan before each addition. Happy Pancake day all!

These office hands got down and dirty with the engineers on Tuesday! Did I touch a boiler? Absolutely not... 😂 🤔 I watched and learnt as they surgically took apart the heart that heats our homes and businesses. The day proceeded as follows: 😴8am: A boiler service after many years (the last one was over 4 years ago!) took us over our allocated time slot and needed a few new parts. We stayed until we got that boiler running back to 99.8% efficiency!😏 😉9:30am: Another service, but when taking the boiler apart we found a main seal had perished - allowing carbon monoxide to leak inside the boiler reading over 250 parts per million! Lethal to any human after a few hours of exposure! However, not to worry - we were prepared with 1000's of parts on our well equipped van. We replaced the part and made safe again!😎 😀11:00am: A boiler service with one of our existing customers, done with no issues whatsoever. Fixed a leaky pipe her under tap whilst we were there!🤗 😁12:30pm: Another slick and smooth boiler service but the pressure is being temperamental - a very easy fix for our expert engineers.😃 😮13:30pm: One of our commercial boiler services which the engineers love to work on (pictured below). This was on our contract, so well maintained and cleaned every year.😍 At that point I am dropped at the office (maybe I was asking too many questions) and the engineer carries on with another 6 call outs! I learnt something awesome that day - we don't only have the best and well equipped team, but we also have a team that will stay with the customer irrelevant of who they are until the job is perfect in every way and will always go the extra mile!
