  • 🎁 On the third day of Christmas my Semble gave to me… A brand new webinar series. 🎁   This year we launched our inaugural webinar series, Semble Insights, where we invite experts in their field to share innovative ideas and strategies that inspire and drive forward-thinking solutions to the situations that matter most to you. 💡   We wanted you to feel excited about what the future holds for our industry. Our experts give you actionable take-aways that will propel your practice’s success.    From launching a patient app to building a brand, creating a marketing toolkit to tackling innovation in health tech, we brought you a number of thought-provoking webinars with an impressive set of guests. Our experts put a wealth actionable tips, tricks and advice under the tree this year, to help propel your practice’s success.    And the best bit? We’ve got plenty more sessions coming next year. 🙌   Keep your eyes on our feed for 2025 updates – and in the meantime, take a look at one of our earlier sessions with Oliver Capel, Managing Director at healthcare communications agency Medico Digital, who walks us through the importance of a content-first approach to marketing 👇 👇

  • 🎁 On the second day of Christmas my Semble gave to me… Enhanced patient and practice safety. 🎁   The time to relax and be merry might be upon us - but don’t let patient safety fall through the cracks...     Did you know that misdirected documents, like important test results, can potentially lead to life-threatening patient outcomes? Not to mention fines of up to €10m for data breaches* – not the kind surprise we want this Christmas.     At Semble, our multiple document sharing feature is here to help you protect what matters most:    ✔ Share multiple documents with multiple verified recipients securely in just one step.  ✔ Minimise human error with verified patient contacts.  ✔ Save time while ensuring patient privacy and security.    When you prioritise safety and efficiency, everyone wins. 🎅✨    Take a look at our interactive demo at the link in the comments 🔗 👇     *source: https://lnkd.in/eutTynCi

  • 🎁 On the first day of Christmas, my Semble gave to me… Seamless payments for modern practices. 🎁   For the first 12 days of December, we’re bringing you the best of Semble’s new releases in 2024, wrapped up in a neat little bow. 🎀   Earlier this year, we said goodbye to payment headaches and hello to a solution designed to enhance your practice and elevate the patient experience. 🙌 Built on the trusted foundation of Stripe, Semble Pay adds exclusive features tailored just for you.    Here’s why Semble Pay’s on our nice list:     ✅ Instant refunds: Initiate them directly from Semble - no need to log into Stripe.  ✅ Connected terminals: Fully controlled by Semble for seamless, error-free in-person payments.  ✅ Simplified dashboard: Manage payments and analytics with ease, all in one place.    And that’s not all – we’ve got lots of exciting Semble Pay updates coming in 2025 👇   🎁 Flexible payment options: Boost revenue and patient convenience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later.  🎁 Deposits for bookings: Reduce no-shows with upfront payment options.  🎁 Subscription services: Increase patient retention with consistent revenue streams.    Ciara McGrath, Practice Manager at The Mid Ulster Clinic, saves up to 10 minutes per patient using Semble Pay, allowing her to help twice the amount of people. That means she has more time to focus on what really matters: delivering a better, more accessible experience for patients.     Read more about Ciara’s Semble Pay success story at the link in the comments 🔗 👇

  • The pace of healthcare technology is accelerating, and the journey to digital transformation isn't just about keeping up - it's about building smarter, adaptable organisations. At our recent Semble Insights webinar, health tech expert Dr. James Somauroo and Semble CEO Christoph Lippuner shared practical strategies for healthcare businesses to embrace innovation without overwhelming their teams or budgets. Here are 7 actionable steps to guide your tech adoption: 🪴 Start with the basics: Focus on scalable, cost-effective tools like online booking and EHR systems. 🪜 Take it step by step: Gradual integration ensures teams can adapt without burnout. 🤝 Collaborate with tech providers: They should align with your workflow, not disrupt it. 🗺️ Map your pain points: Target tech that solves real problems. 💪 Empower tech champions: These leaders can inspire and guide your team. 🤖 Be smart when leveraging AI: Use it to support, not replace, human expertise. 📈 Plan for the future: A digital roadmap ensures sustainable growth. 🎙️ As Dr Michelle Griffin highlighted during the session: "We need to be having rigorous conversations with tech providers, demanding the solutions we need to improve healthcare." Ready to navigate your practice’s digital transformation? Check out the full blog for an in-depth guide to these strategies at the link in the comments 🔗 👇

  • “More computer scientists should come on ward rounds, because ultimately you'd break those barriers down - those with the problems would be able to see the solutions, and those with the solutions would see the problems.” As the lines between healthcare and technology continue to blend, there's just one barrier left to address: the small matter of good communication. Clinicians understand the complexities of patient care, while developers bring solutions to life. But often, these two groups still speak different languages. The future of healthcare innovation lies in breaking down these walls between the two, so healthcare professionals feel comfortable and confident in telling tech teams what they need. As both a health tech expert and an ICU doctor by training, Dr. James Somauroo has a unique perspective. He knows that cross-pollination fosters understanding, fuels innovation and, most importantly, drives meaningful change in patient outcomes. If you’re a clinician, your challenge is clear. Be bold about what you need and stay transparent about the clinical realities. It's up to tech teams to bridge the gap, speaking your language to craft solutions that truly work. • “I don’t think we could have scaled our GP surgery without tools like Semble. Being able to present everything online to patients, even with threadbare customer service, is key to the patient experience.” Dr Oliver Large and his wife run GP practice 222 Healthcare, where they manage the clinical work as well as the day-to-day running of a clinic between them. As a result, they needed a practice management system that could make the administrative side of their jobs easy. Not only were they looking for something that could automate most of their patient interactions so they could concentrate on clinical appointments, but could also help them grow their business over time. Thanks to Semble’s online booking and pre-consultation questionnaires, Oliver is free to focus on the more clinical aspects of his role and can be more present during patient consultations. “I’m just a lot quicker and more efficient using the tools Semble provides. As a small clinic, trying to do all this without a comprehensive system would be an absolute headache!” Since opening 222 Healthcare in late 2021 with Semble, the team has seen promising patient growth; 91% in the year 2022-2023, and a further 62% in 2024 so far. “I just think Semble is a really great service that enables a small clinic to do anything that a big clinic can do. The system is incredibly versatile. So starting up a clinic from scratch, you can’t really ask for anything better.” Read more about Oliver's success story at the link in the comments 🔗 👇
