🎁 Wrapping Up the Year with Our Final Leadership Meeting! 🎁 On Tuesday, we held our last in-person managers meeting of the year, and it was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on 2024 and set our sights on the future. Key Highlights: 🔹 Operations: We reviewed our operational achievements over the busiest year to date. Discussing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in the upcoming year. 🔹 Sales Performance: Our sales team continue to go from strength to strength, and we celebrated their successes while identifying areas for growth and improvement. 🔹 Focus for Next Year: We outlined our goals and priorities for 2025, emphasizing innovation, customer satisfaction, and team development. A big thank you to all our managers for their dedication and hard work. We're looking forward to carrying on this momentum into the new year and making 2025 even more efficient and successful! Wrapping Up Movember! 🥸 This past month, our very own James L. took part in Movember. What started as a fun challenge with friends quickly turned into a great way to raise awareness and connect with others doing the same. James said "I particularly enjoyed seeing so many creative moustaches popping up around me and getting the approval nod from fellow “Movemberers” - though I must admit, my face is already feeling the chill this December! Now that Movember has come to an end, my wife and kids are definitely happier to see me clean-shaven again (and so is my face!)." As Movember comes to a close, let's remember that the fight for men's health continues year-round. Stay healthy, stay strong, and keep the conversation going. #Movember

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear PPE and work here at Aqualytix. 🦸♂️🦸♀️   Last week, our team sprung into action to support one of our NHS customers in getting their system back up and running follow a heating coil failure. This resulted in what we can only explain as poorly made gravy to be pouring out their hot water taps. Our team quickly mobilised and got to site within a matter of hours, resulting in the facility being able to open back up the next day with limited disruption. Every day's a school day here at Aqualytix 🏫💧 Last week, two of our Business Development Managers, Razvan Radu and Melanie Doran completed their working at heights training. Having appropriate training across all of our teams, no matter what their role, is vital. Completing such training helps our teams to better understand the on-site operational requirement. Overall, consistent training across all levels helps to mitigate risk and also results in a safe working environment for both us and our customers. Great work both!
