A great day for our design team with Davison Highley Ltd and Camira, catching up and discussing the latest updates! At Davison Highley, we explored their material sourcing process, learnt about their new Elements and Rolo ranges, and saw how they deliver quality bespoke designs without delays. Over at Camira, we explored their fabric ranges ReSKU, Penta, and Main Line Flax, gaining insight into their versatility, durability, and impact on interior projects. Yesterday, we turned Blue Monday into Brew Monday...   Whether or not you believe in the science behind Blue Monday, it gave us a great opportunity to spark conversations about mental health while encouraging our teams to move, talk, and connect.    Thanks to our incredible volunteer Walking Champions, teams across the Showcase and Showcase PSR Portsdown offices enjoyed group walks, followed by tea and chats back at the office. A little fresh air and meaningful conversation can be a powerful reminder that support is always nearby.    Along the way, we’re proud to have raised £100.00 for Samaritans to support their vital work: ensuring people have somewhere to turn to in their toughest moments and campaigning to make suicide prevention a priority.    We’re proud to continue creating opportunities that bring our people together.     #BrewMonday #BlueMonday #MentalHealthMatters #WellbeingAtWork #Samaritans

What a fantastic day at Showcase’s World of Work Day! We were delighted to welcome clients from the Cardinal Hume Centre and connect with such a motivated and inspiring group. After touring Smithfields and introducing our various departments and their function, we gave an insightful presentation about the group. The presentation revealed values, career advice and practical tips on interview preparation. Our team appreciated the opportunity to network, exchange experiences, and learn about the attendees' goals and aspirations. Events like this remind us of the power of collaboration, shared goals, and personalised support in shaping future opportunities.
