David Terrar, CEO of the Tech Industry Forum (TIF), recently spoke to Penny Horwood for Computing about the findings of TIF's 2024 survey and the growing market share of cloud providers outside of the usual hyperscalers. David also discussed the continued importance placed on sustainability and ESG by businesses making cloud purchasing decisions. According to the TIF research, 63% of businesses say they would reject a prospective cloud vendor based on a poor response to questions on ESG or sustainability.
