AXA UK signs for space at No.1 St Michael's! The renowned multinational insurance corporation will be among the first companies to join our vibrant new business community at No.1 St Michael’s in Manchester. AXA will relocate a team of 81 to over 2,600 sq ft of prime flexible office space in what is set to be the city’s first fully Net Zero Carbon commercial development. Mary Hetherington from AXA UK shared: “We are delighted to be moving to this prestigious new office development that has been built with careful consideration for sustainability, recycling and wellbeing. We're thrilled to welcome Arm to St Michael's 🏙️ The processor design and software platforms provider will occupy three floors of our £400m development - that's the largest letting in Manchester for two years! Making the move from current premises at 11 Portland Street into the larger, high-quality premises at St Michael’s forms part of the advanced computing firm’s strategic plans for growth in the North 📈
