    Great event this morning for The Content Marketing Association, discussing all things content measurement and effectiveness. First off there was a fantastic talk from Clare Jonik ✨ focusing on how far we’ve come as an industry, in regards to the amount of data we have and how we use it. Some really robust case studies shared but also an acceptance that content marketing is still desperate for a robust benchmarking framework, so that we can prove our effectiveness over and above basic engagement metrics. As tends to be the way at Sticky I took the opportunity to get under the skin of audience segmentation and illustrate how we make our content strategies more effective by tapping into our proprietary Curious Consumer Cohorts approach. Piquing curiosity is our superpower as marketers, so we’re lucky to have developed a way of working that really allows us to understand this at a deeper level. The energy was great in room, the questions were intelligent and plentiful…and the pastries were splendid. The perfect breakfast session! #contentmarketing #ThePowerofCuriosity
