  • It was a pleasure to welcome so many of our Women in Transformation (WiT) community members this morning for a breakfast and conversation with Amber Rutter, kicking off our events for Women's History Month. Amber's journey of resilience resonated with everyone in the room. Hearing about her Olympic journey and the obstacles she overcame highlighted the necessity of having a strong community and reaching out for support when needed. Her honest reflections on both challenges and triumphs—and how she balanced high performance with personal goals—reminded us all that true success isn't about accolades but the impact we create and relationships we value. Stories were shared, connections formed and perspectives exchanged among so many incredible women leaders. We're looking forward to many more gatherings like this—where collaboration drives meaningful transformation. #WomeninBusiness #LeadershipDevelopment #BusinessTransformation #WomensHistoryMonth

  • This March at Sullivan & Stanley, we're recognising Women's History Month through meaningful stories and conversations. From Olympic medallist Amber Rutter sharing her journey with our Women in Transformation (WiT) community to Jacqueline Shakespeare's book on working motherhood, we're exploring what "accelerating action" means in both professional and personal contexts. Our WiT communities in London and Manchester are coming together to share experiences, while our team offer their personal stories and reflections on creating change. Throughout the month, we'll be sharing perspectives that extend far beyond March, contributing to ongoing dialogue and transformation. #WomensHistoryMonth #IWD2025

  • Last night, we had the privilege of hosting another intimate dinner for our CEO Community, bringing together leaders from various industries including Retail, Travel and Financial Services. Beautifully hosted by the team at The Wolesley in Piccadilly, the conversation was one of the most insightful yet, with deep discussions on leadership, culture and business growth. Here are some of the key takeaways:  🔶 Scaling without losing culture – As businesses grow, maintaining their original spirit becomes a challenge. Leaders shared experiences of navigating the shift from startup to scale-up while preserving their core values and company identity. 🔶 Instilling pride to drive change – A compelling discussion on how fostering pride within a workforce can be a powerful tool for transformation. When employees feel a deep connection to their brand and mission, it strengthens resilience during challenging times. 🔶 Leading through growth, not crisis – The group explored how crisis moments often drive focus and urgency, but the challenge is sustaining that same level of clarity and energy in times of stability. How can leaders create a sense of purpose without the pressure of a crisis? 🔶 Balancing leadership attributes for high-performing teams – The discussion highlighted the importance of both feminine and masculine leadership attributes in building dynamic and high-performing teams. Emotional intelligence, humility and motivation were recognised as key drivers of success alongside strategic and results-driven approaches. 🔶 The power of community – Unexpected connections and shared experiences reinforced the value of peer networks. Leaders found common ground in their industries and personal journeys, proving yet again that the best insights often come from shared dialogue. As always, it was an evening of honest conversations, valuable connections, and thought-provoking insights.    The network has evolved organically through referrals from CEOs who have engaged in and contributed to these fireside chats with like-minded peers. We do welcome interest in joining in these exclusive ‘inclusive’ gatherings. Please reach out to Mathilda Börjesson or Stuart Williamson to chat. #Leadership #CEO #Community #BusinessGrowth #Culture #Transformation #Networking
