Swim Against The Current - Promoting Gender Equality for a Just Transition
About us
Equality is important to move society forward. Gender Equality is important to a Just Transition, and sometimes you have to swim against the current to bring about real change. With the partnership of Estelle Detrembleur MBA ChPP FAPM PDHyp PMO-CP, we are creating a new platform, Smart Women - Inspiriting Men (SWIM). The focus remains on promoting women, and this time including like-minded and decision-making men that can support, champion and speak out for the inclusion of all women at all levels, to have a level playing field in their sphere of professional endeavours. We want to cover all aspects of a just transition, and this will include different topics for Panel Discussions under broad headings of Energy Transition, Smart Cities, Science, AI &Tech, Education, Conservation, Arts & Culture (and all the key drivers including engineering, infrastructure, finance, law, tech, science, arts & education etc.) SWIM plans to have evening discussion events, innovation breakfast events bringing buyers and sellers together, social networking events and award events. All this for 2025.
