Big Week for the Lions & Lionesses! The Lions have been putting in the hard yards this week, pushing themselves in training before an intense opposed session against Keighley Cougars. Strong effort across the board as we continue to build! Meanwhile, the Lionesses have had a packed schedule, kicking off with a high-energy session at ECE Fitness on Tuesday. Thursday saw the squad come together for a well-earned social night of bowling before rounding off the week with a tough contact session out on the pitch. Amazing day today in Manchester at RFL HQ and then the Co-Op Live Arena! First of all to be in the esteemed company of Adam Hills, the Aussie broadcaster & comedian and incoming Rugby Football League President. But I was also honoured to be formally presented with the RFL's Vice-Presidency alongside Rugby dual-code England women's international Danika Priim. Really looking forward to getting to know Adam & Danika better over the next two years! And if that wasn't enough, then over the road with my great mate and fellow Swinton Lions Director Barry McGuinness for the formal launch of the 2025 Super League season!
