Award-winning mental health charity providing talking, exercise, therapy groups and business support.

About us

The idea of Talk Club is to provide talking and exercise groups by providing professional training for our Captains. We now have therapy groups run by qualified therapists to help men who need more support. Our mission is simply to get men talking and ultimately prevent suicide. You can check in with yourself and others each day by simply asking... How are? Out of 10?

Keep an eye out for our new ‘Hidden Numbers’ adverts around Bristol. What is your hidden number? Do you always tell the truth when asked how you are doing? At Talk Club we support each other so we feel safe to be honest and share our real number.

A week back. But what a week. With our friends and Clear Channel UK, we've been lucky enough to launch our "H1DD3N NUMB3R5" campaign. The truth is there. We don't always say what we mean. But with "How are you? Out of 10? you can be honest. So at bus stops all over Bristol we have 10 posters up. (I haven't been able to photograph them all). Great work by Neil Harrison Gavin Thorpe and all the Talk Club HQ team. Thank you to Ellie Seabourne Ali Fletcher @Oliver Cookson and all the TMW unlimited team in Bristol for the Artwork and support. But special thanks to Helen Green and all the Clear Channel UK Bristol gang. You will have changed and potentially saved lives as we've had nearly 10 thousand new visitors to TalkClub.org and set up 3 new Talk Clubs. - In a week. Thank you.
