Last Friday, we all switched off early to head to our annual office Christmas party and end-of-year awards! As expected, it was a great evening; everyone looked incredible, and it was the perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate everything we have achieved together in 2024, and there was plenty to celebrate… In 2024, we continued to develop Talos ATS, releasing 45 feature updates and brand new features for our users to enjoy, 21 different HR Connect integrations with 16 different providers and achieving an incredible 8 million applications through our system. We continued to develop and invest in our people, with a total of 16 internal moves and promotions within the business. We've also seen our fair share of awards this year, from our Tiara Awards earlier in June for Talent Tech Leader of the Year to our most recent Engage Award for Best Example of Marketing Engagement and, of course, who could forget our placement as The Best Workplace in Europe 2024! What a year. What a team. Here's to 2025!
