The South African Tapio Foundry team gathered for an inspiring strategy session at Regus (Atrium) Sandton City. We took time to deeply explore our model, unpack our purpose, and align on our values and culture—drawing from Simon Sinek’s “It Starts With Why”. It was a powerful reminder that businesses thrive when they are built on a clear purpose and shared values. The day wasn’t all work and no play. We wrapped things up with a fantastic meal at THE BUTCHER SHOP AND GRILL and captured a few moments at Nelson Mandela Square where Madiba’s statue stood tall behind us—a fitting symbol of leadership, vision, and perseverance. This past weekend, the Tapio team came together for our corporate strategy weekend—a time to align, reflect, and focus deeply on our mission and the future we’re creating together. In our discussions, we revisited the “why” (Purpose) that drives us every day.
