Sustainability is at our core, The river Mimram running through our estate provides pure water to the hotel, saving the transportation of 21,000 bottles of water per year. Our investment in 50KW Solar Panels is enabling our venue to be a model of carbon efficiency for years to come. We pride ourselves on using the finest locally sourced produce.
