My Childhood, My Country - 20 Years in Afghanistan, has been awarded the Sama Statue for Best Documentary Feature at the 15th Sama International Film Festival! Well done Phil Grabsky and Shoaib Sharifi who filmed across twenty years in one of the most embattled corners of the globe. This is such an outstanding documentary that deserves to continue to get such accolades.
