🌿 This Motor Fuel Group (MFG) fuel station in Seaford, East Sussex, is on the path to a greener and more sustainable future🌿 Nestled within the picturesque South Downs National Park, this petrol forecourt is the site of one of our latest refrigeration projects for our esteemed clients, Motor Fuel Group. MFG is deeply committed to promoting a greener, more sustainable future. As part of this commitment, they have recently undertaken significant upgrades to their refrigeration, HVAC, and green technologies in their forecourt stores. This fuel station, located in the idyllic setting of Seaford on the south coast, has certainly reaped the benefits of these green initiatives. The Jordon Group had the pleasure of replacing two old refrigeration cabinets with new, highly energy-efficient closed-door display chillers. Additionally, we retrofitted four existing cabinets to enhance their efficiency. All the equipment was upgraded with RDM technology, enabling efficient and precise monitoring. This ensures that the forecourt operates at optimal efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable environment. Feast your eyes on The Butchers Block, a cut above the rest! 🥩 Rewinding back to 2020, The Jordon Group fitted out this local gem, working alongside owner Liam Swift and the amazing Butchers Block team.✨ Five years later, the store still looks as fresh as the day we finished, except with one recent addition… Due to popular demand, The Butchers Block have recently installed a deli counter! Customers are spoilt for choice and with the counter only being opened two weeks ago, it is proving to be a favourite amongst the locals. Well, well, well… it seems we have a very exciting project on our hands… Introducing the Motor Fuel Group, Barton Mills upgrade! Our team is raring to go, collaborating with MFG, to make this fuel station even more incredible🚀 The Jordon Group has been tasked with improving the energy efficiency of this forecourt and creating space for additional food-to-go offerings, on behalf of our valued clients, Motor Fuel Group. In today’s rapidly evolving economic landscape, the fuel industry is facing a relentless surge in operating costs. This upward trend in expenses is forcing owners to make difficult decisions, often having to increase their profit margins merely to maintain their current financial standing. As a result, it has become imperative for forecourt operators to optimise every aspect of their operations. Maximising the potential return from each shopping visit is no longer just a goal, but a necessity for survival in this competitive market. Energy efficiency and food-to-go are crucial for many businesses across a variety of industries looking to improve sustainability and keep costs low, while maintaining healthy margins. Our top priority at Barton Mills is to replace the existing HVAC system with new cost-effective solutions from Daikin UK, and to create floor space for a Pret A Manger. Additionally, we are collaborating with Motor Fuel Group to install a new cold room and refrigeration units in the store. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional client satisfaction and support through meticulous asset management at every stage of our projects.
