Babcock International Group sees first part recommended for adoption into defence inventory through Project TAMPA additive manufacturing accelerator program. Project TAMPA has been set up by the UK Ministry of Defence to progress the use of additive manufacturing and increase material availability across defence. Nexa3D disputes bankruptcy claims after Formnext 2024 absence but confirms workforce reduction. The company was due to exhibit at this year’s Formnext trade fair in Frankfurt until a late withdrawal. 🚨 Forward AM confirms insolvency process as 'proactive measure to restructure the business.' The company spun out of BASF less than six months ago and is now looking for new investment to help build a 'stronger foundation for long-term success.' The insolvency administrator appointed to the case is already engaging with stakeholders and has said 'The conditions for the continuation of the company are in place.'
