At The Julius Jones Trust, we proudly position ourselves as the leading charity dedicated to supporting the NHS, the backbone of our healthcare system. While the NHS excels in diagnosing, curing, and treating illness/injury. We recognise how stressful ill health can be, and the crucial need for additional mental health and emotional support. We are passionate in our belief that greater investment in supportive roles (such as therapists) will improve people's experience of using the health service, and will have better long-term outcomes through improving acute and chronic stress associated with poor health. We believe in supporting NHS staff to better manage the daily stress that is involved in working in front-line healthcare, and we pledge to support staff as well as patients and families.
