Of course, our Yorkshire factory is the home of Zoflora, our beautifully fragranced cleaning range. And to mark the day, we even packaged up a must-have, special edition 'Top Employer Zoflora' concentrate as a giveaway for employees, featuring our much-loved Midnight Blooms fragrance! 💐 #OneSTADA

It feels good to know we’re getting it right for our people. 🙌🏼 Because the news today is that we’ve been recognised as a UK Top Employer for the third year running, and we’re super proud! The Top Employers Institute recognised our up-to-date people practices and enduring commitment to making our work environment as strong and welcoming as possible for all our colleagues. One of our most recent STADA Community Catalyst Fund beneficiaries was Streetbikes. 🚲 The Streetbikes team are committed to transforming people’s lives through cycling, after beginning their project in 2009 with the intention of helping underprivileged people in #Kirklees by recycling bikes. We’re proud to have supported them with a grant, helping them continue their fantastic work in the local community, where they provide access to affordable bikes and a range of cycling sessions. 🚴 This cash has been put towards the Christmas bike giveaway, providing children in our local area the chance to receive a long-lasting gift. 💙 Through our STADA Community Catalyst Fund, we’re highlighting our commitment to Building Sustainable Communities in and around Huddersfield, helping groups and non-profit organisations to support people in their area. It's a time for giving, right? 🎄 So we were chuffed to be able to provide 90 gifts to the Fresh Futures Christmas Gift Appeal, donated by our fantastic colleagues. Matt Robinson MCIPD and Katrina Richardson, pictured here, packed up our sleigh 🎅🏼🤶🏼and headed down to the Fresh Futures office to deliver the presents last week. Fresh Futures is a regional charity that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people, and their families, within Kirklees and surrounding areas. We spoke to Uniform Exchange earlier this year, and we were incredibly inspired by their work in recycling unwanted uniforms and providing them to the families that need it most. We were delighted to make them a STADA Community Catalyst Fund beneficiary, and our £1,000 grant has since become 500 pairs of gloves – helping 500 kids in #Kirklees to keep warm this winter. We’ve also kept up a great continuing partnership with this vital local organisation, by setting up donation points at STADA offices, so our staff can donate uniform they no longer need, and in turn, provide support to the households that require it. We’re looking back at 2024, and celebrating some of our STADA Community Catalyst Fund success stories from the past few months. 💙 It was brilliant to grant Lawrence Batley Theatre £1,000 earlier this year to support its community productions, which are part of an inclusive project welcoming anyone from #Kirklees to participate in a professionally produced show – free of charge. Our special STADA Caring Day returned today! ❤️ The team focused on blood donation, which is an essential part of our healthcare system. We also raised awareness about the importance of stem cell donation, in an exciting new addition to this year’s day of events. Stem cell donation is vital for helping people with blood cancer and other blood diseases find the best chance for a cure, replacing damaged blood stem cells with healthy ones. Events at our Linthwaite and Slaithwaite sites enabled our people  to find out what their blood type is, register to become a blood donor, and also join the DKMS UK registry as a potential stem cell donor. ✍️ We were delighted to see so many people taking part in the day! Thanks both to the NHS Blood Donation Service and DKMS for helping everyone at STADA Thornton & Ross connect with our purpose. 💗 👏🏼 #CaringForPeoplesHealth  STADA Group
