On this Rare Disease Day, we raise awareness for equitable access to diagnosis, treatment, and care to ensure that no patient is left behind. Today and every day, we stand with the millions of individuals and families living with rare diseases. These patients' journeys are as diverse and complex as the diseases they face. By shining a light on rare diseases, we not only support those affected but also accelerate the development of innovative treatments that can improve lives. We were energised to be able to welcome STADA’s Chief Technical Officer Miguel Pagan and his leadership team to our West Yorkshire production site last week. 🗺️ 👨🏽🏭 👩🏻🏭 Our extended operational leadership team joined together at a special event to hear from Miguel about how the key to consistent 2025 progress is in our own hands. Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will be crucial, and our site managers took part in constructive discussions with Miguel and team about the exciting chance the site has to play its part in our mission of Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner. Just a month into his new role, our VP Operations Andrew Sunley, pictured here with Miguel, commented: “It was excellent to have Miguel and his team visit so soon into my STADA career. The event and site tours we held really clarified our shared commitment to production excellence, and focused minds on what really matters for all of us on site. Personal accountability and strong teamwork are going to be foundational for us being successful in the long term. I’ve enjoyed a busy first month, and am looking forward to what lies ahead in 2025 with a huge opportunity for all of us here at Linthwaite.” 

Yesterday's news that we're a recognised UK Top Employer went down a treat at our production site in Linthwaite, Yorkshire.😎 💯 Here's just a few of the amazing people who make the magic happen when it comes to Caring for People's Health as a Trusted Partner, celebrating the news! Of course, our Yorkshire factory is the home of Zoflora, our beautifully fragranced cleaning range. One of our most recent STADA Community Catalyst Fund beneficiaries was Streetbikes. 🚲 The Streetbikes team are committed to transforming people’s lives through cycling, after beginning their project in 2009 with the intention of helping underprivileged people in #Kirklees by recycling bikes. We’re proud to have supported them with a grant, helping them continue their fantastic work in the local community, where they provide access to affordable bikes and a range of cycling sessions. 🚴 This cash has been put towards the Christmas bike giveaway, providing children in our local area the chance to receive a long-lasting gift. 💙 Through our STADA Community Catalyst Fund, we’re highlighting our commitment to Building Sustainable Communities in and around Huddersfield, helping groups and non-profit organisations to support people in their area.
