Local solicitors are waiving their usual will-writing fees in support of our Make a Will scheme – Hitchin-based Fortune Financial Planning Ltd (pictured), Friis & Radstone's, the Stevenage branch of Tollers, and Heckford Norton' Letchworth office, will provide will-writing services in exchange for a donation to us here at the Hospice. Kelly Cave (pictured on the left) is Branch & Sales Manager at Fortune Financial Planning: “The Hospice is a charity that is close to many of our hearts. Everyone who works within it is amazing at what they do – the time and dedication involved in providing a service which will benefit most of us all in some way in our later years is second to none. It is a pleasure to do all we can to support them. “The process of making a will is so simple. You will fill out a ‘will preparation form’ in the comfort of your own home, at a time convenient for you and then submit this back to us. We will then set up an appointment with you - which can be face-to-face, via Zoom or telephone – to go through your will from start to finish making sure you are happy with it before writing it up for you.” 🏠 Solicitors' fees usually start at around £220 for a basic will, but the suggested minimum donation to the Hospice is £130.
