😅 What a week it’s been! Has yours been just as busy? 😅 The highlight for us was getting the whole team together 🧑🤝🧑 in the office – something we do regularly to stay connected. Every month, we hold a whole team meeting, and every two months, we dedicate a full day to training and sessions aimed at developing and nurturing our staff. These sessions not only equip us with the skills we need for our roles but also focus on our health and wellbeing. We mostly work from home, so they are super-important to enable us to remain connected and have those corridor conversations that you miss out on when you're always on calls. So we wanted to do a big shout-out to our colleagues at NHS Horizons , (also part of Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit), for delivering an excellent session on psychological safety in the workplace. It was inspiring to hear your lived experience and you definitely delivered lots of food for thought for us through interactive sessions that kept us thinking and moving! The feedback from the day was overwhelmingly positive. We’re curious, NHS Horizons – do you have one of your amazing infographics on psychological safety to share?
