About us
Established in 1992, Trinity has grown to become a trusted and proven specialist in the delivery of high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects in the industrial, commercial, residential, health and education sectors, undertaking projects ranging from £5,000 to £4 million in value. We work in partnership with professional surveyors, engineers and architects for many prestigious clients in the south east of England and further afield. We have a particular skill in managing projects in central London where the constraints and logistical complexities of the location can pose a unique challenge. We also pride ourselves in our experience working on listed buildings under the guidance of English Heritage. Following a change of ownership in 2019, Trinity is now proudly owned by its employees who all have an equal stake in the company’s success. This means all Trinity staff are dedicated to providing the best service and quality on every project. Each project is headed by one of our highly qualified directors and supported by our committed and professional team of managers, surveyors, site agents and skilled operatives. In addition to our Construction business we also have a highly successful division called Trinity Living where a dedicated team of Surveyors and multi-skilled operatives undertake bathroom, kitchen and other home adaptation projects for elderly and disabled customers on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, charitable trusts and private individuals.

Our project to install a lift at the University of Arts in Elephant & Castle is nearly complete. Our Project Manager Jon and Site Manager Malcolm have played a crucial role in driving this project to a successful conclusion. Their dedication and meticulous planning have ensured the smooth execution of the installation process. We appreciate their hard work and look forward to the lift's positive impact on the university community.
