    I'll be honest, I was a little nervous at how relevant what I do and what I know would land with non sales roles (on paper); but turns out, it does. Today, Ross Neal and I joint forces to deliver a 2 hour workshop for a group of sports agents at Wasserman. Look, we're all selling. And we had some really interesting double clicks on a few specific topics and challenges after the ppt ended. There we're a few common themes between what Ross and I presented: - "Optional Excellence" - Go the Extra Mile - Touchpoints / collision points - they matter. They work. - Someone is doing what you are not. #sales #GTM
