We are very proud at Truline Systems to have trained and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders including members from our leadership team Rachel Ketley and Stuart Heston who are always available for a chat or advice. but there is always more that can be done so here are a few simple ways we can make a difference: ⚫ Open Up: Let’s create a space where we can share how we’re feeling without judgment. ⚫ Share Resources: Make sure everyone knows where to find mental health support—counseling, hotlines, whatever it takes. ⚫ Balance is Key: Remember, it’s okay to unplug and take a break when you need it. ⚫ Learn Together: Let’s educate ourselves about mental health so we can support one another better. Our EHS Manager likes to set the rest of the Management team a challenge whilst he’s on annual leave – this year, he staged a competition, with teams undertaking Manual Handling Assessments in line with our training provider, Pristine Condition International Ltd and their four main principles. After a spot of last-minute coaching and guidance, he left the teams to plan a winning strategy. The competition was tight, with the ultimate victors only taking the lead on the last day!  Whilst the winning team have the everlasting glory of victory and a small box of holiday treats, everybody involved has helped to prevent potential injuries and ill-health.
