This morning I had the last coaching session with my client and I’m extremely proud of what she has acccomplished! Officially we have helped and work alongside her to lose 10kg in 12 weeks! She has gone from frustrated and struggling to full of energy and vibrant, ready to take on her role as a teacher again! She has managed to lose 16cm from her waist, 6cm from her hips! I used a method called habit stacking or habit formation with three simple steps. 1. Identify the bad habits and gaps in nutritional knowledge. 2. Educate through coaching and mentoring. 3.
