Traditional Chinese Medicine is widely considered to be a pseudoscience, so is it right that it has been given an entire stream at WSAVA (World Small Animal Veterinary Association) congress this year? The WSAVA are at pains to point out that the lectures have been organised by local practitioners and it is clearly a nod to this year's hosts but is giving the practice a platform on such a global scale going to give it legitimacy or will the exposure simply highlight the lack of evidence and efficacy?
