 Welcome to the Vizzy Q&A, Rebecca Achieng Ajulu-Bushell.   CEO of the The 10,000 Interns Foundation, a non-profit that is transforming the workplace for Black talent, Rebecca is on a mission to create a more equitable world.    Featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in the Social Impact category and the TIME’s List of 18 Black leaders working to close the racial wealth gap, Rebecca was also the first Black woman to ever swim for Great Britain.   Her first book, These Heavy Black Bones, was published in June 2024 and takes the reader on the journey of her history-making career as an elite athlete who was the former British Champion and world number one. It has just been shortlisted for the William Hill Sports Book of the Year 2024. Interview by Taiwo Adekunle.
