Bank Holiday Monday and all of the Vraxis team are working. Seamus and Michelle have had a standardisation meeting with Julia and caught up on some assessing work, making things easier for both the learners and the team going forward. Matt and Robert have the pleasure of a rainy Brighton today carrying out fire door inspections and the Fire Risk Assessment of a medium rise block of flats. End of a busy couple of days for the team at the The NEC, Birmingham for the largest Fire Safety Event (FSE) on record. Its amazing to see the fire safety show growing in size every year, we also got to see The Workplace Event and The Health & Safety Event. It was amazing to catch up with so many people including Tom Lewis MIFSM, Marc McCallum MIFSM, Kashelle Hawkins AIFSM TFRAR, John Hawkins, Zac Sang, Pete Davies, Emma Lipscomb MIFSM AIFireE NAFRAR, Axel Focht, Julia Fielder CMIOSH, Peter Thomas MSc, Mark Bridgens from Everlux with their photoluminescent tunnel and many many more! It was also great to make some new friends and connections Kate Walker showing her amazing workplace hypo kit, which we have purchased for our training centre, so as well as our standard first aid kit and AED we can ensure our learners and staff are safe and can be looked after in the event of illness, Lawrence Steers & Caitlin Johnson showing a range of gas detection monitors, with an amazing claw machine so with great prizes including Lunch, mobile phones, USB sticks and loads of sweets, Julie Roberts showing some great Fire Rated and Ark Protection workwear and even a fellow training provider Charlotte Frances Evans as we look to begin expanding our training further out from our training centre in West Sussex, who know, maybe Wales, Midlands and the North. 🔥We are bursting with exitment and want to share with you that we have decided to exhibit at next years event so keep your eyes out for our exiting posts over the next 12 months, we are really looking forward to the event and can’t wait to share with you our exitment.
