The UK VSNi team kicked off 2025 with a bang at our first off-site meeting! We covered a lot of ground, from big-picture strategy and financial updates to exciting new innovation initiatives and team goals. Of course, no off-site is complete without some fun, so we had a music quiz and a team challenge. The ideas that came out of the challenge were truly impressive (and a few were hilariously out there!). My team even came up with a plan to solve the NHS backlog using our software – though it might take a tad longer than 12 months to bring to life, especially with everything else we're working on. From our cutting-edge analytics software to solutions for customers tackling food production in a changing world, 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year. But hey, you never know!
