The 2024 DP World Tour Championship took place earlier this month on the Earth Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, which brought to conclusion the 2024 Race to Dubai season. Our team was onsite for two months to manage all branding and signage elements for one of the most prestigious events in golf. We collaborated closely with the DP World Tour and other contractors to enhance the event compared to previous years. Key changes included the largest-ever "First Tee Grandstand," improvements to the "Greatest Bar on Earth" located at the 17th hole, and an increase in the number of Championship and Hospitality Chalets surrounding the 18th green. Additionally, we developed the Spectator Village, upgraded the Driving Range, and ensured all signage was strategically placed throughout the golf course. This is the 16th consecutive year the end-of-season finale has taken place in Dubai, and we are very proud to have supported the event throughout each of those 16 years. Our team was thrilled to bring back the British Airways Clubhouse during the 2024 Autumn Nations Series, celebrating the long-standing partnership between British Airways and England Rugby. The Clubhouse, designed to resemble British Airways' iconic Terminal 5 at Heathrow, featured a bar, large LED screens and interactive rugby games, including the Kicking and Passing Challenges. Fans who participated in the Challenges had the opportunity to win one of three major prizes: flights to Europe, Avios points, and future match tickets. This year, British Airways also introduced an instant-win mechanic, where participants who scored above a certain threshold received signed rugby gear and drink vouchers, which were a massive hit with the fans! The Clubhouse attracted plenty of attention, with thousands of foam fingers distributed and beverages poured to crowds of over 80,000 at each of the 4 England matches. #Eventbranding #Experiential #TeamWass

Earlier this month, our Middle Eastern team completed a significant delivery for ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference, the world’s largest energy conference and exhibition. Over the years, the ADIPEC Conference has fostered innovation and accelerated action, exploring the intersection of energy and AI to drive the transition and deliver a global impact. Our team produced and installed all the tent branding and signage for the event, as well as over 1.5 kilometers of wall branding, all within a tight turnaround for production and installation. A season-long NASCAR journey for our North American team recently concluded at Phoenix Raceway during NASCAR Championship Weekend. Responsible for pre-race opening ceremony management for the finale of all three of NASCAR's racing series, our team oversaw the minute-by-minute scheduling, driver introductions, pre-race entertainment (including production of a pre-race concert), and flyover coordination, all taking place on a custom-designed and fabricated Championship stage. Our Middle Eastern team has just completed the delivery of the Dubai Premier Padel, which took place from November 3rd to 10th at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium. Fans were thrilled by the exciting matches as the world's best talent faced off for the coveted title of Dubai's P1 champion. Recently, our U.S. team headed to PGA National Resort for the Inaugural Barstool Sports x GOOD GOOD Battle for Palm Beach. The live streamed charity golf event between the two teams raised $10,000 for the youth development organization, First Tee. We were responsible for branding the tee boxes, and integrating sponsor promotions including "long drive," "closest to the pin" and "hole in one" contests. Last month, the NFL crossed the Atlantic once again as the New England Patriots took on the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium on 20th October, with our team at the center of all the action. The NFL London Games Series brings its own unique atmosphere, and we're proud to have collaborated with the Jaguars for a third consecutive year to transform the home of English football into the franchise's home away from home. That scope includes the delivery of venue look, event branding, transport hubs, arrival routes and wayfinding signage, bringing a dash of the Jags' famous teal and black colorway to the UK capital. In October, our golf team delivered all event branding at the FedEx Open de France 2024, which took place at Le Golf National - the iconic course that has hosted Olympic Golf and the Ryder Cup. Despite the inclement weather, our team was on hand to ensure the stage was set for a thrilling four days of competitive European Tour golf. It was the first tournament with FedEx as title partner, so we ensured the brand had a major presence on the course through the installation of four large 3D structures replete with the FedEx logo, each designed and produced in-house.
