  • 🧡 Some bittersweet news...   Our brilliant Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, Elliott Millard, will be leaving us in spring next year to take on an exciting role as Chief Strategy Officer at Thinkbox.   Over the last five years, Elliott has been integral to our growth. From playing a key role in many of our new business wins and retentions, to launching our Wavemaker Insider Media Essentials certificate, and empowering our teams to positively provoke and create award-winning work, he has had a huge impact not just on our business, but also on our clients, our partners, and the wider industry.    Anyone who's worked with Elliott will know that he's an incredibly impressive media professional, an inspiring leader, and a lovely human being. We've been very lucky to have him and we'll miss him greatly.     🤩 Another week, another awards haul    We're kicking off December with more good news - five award wins to add to our collection!   Last night, we took home three trophies from the Newsworks Awards for: 🏆 Nationwide Building Society’s Brand Relaunch: Advertiser of the year 🏆 Morrisons’ 125, with Mail Metro Media and Good Food: Best content partnership (Large Budget)  🏆 Keep Britain Tidy’s Butt Out, with The Sun: Best content partnership (Medium budget) 🥈 And at the DMA (Data & Marketing Association) UK Awards, we bagged a silver medal for Transport for London’s "Bonjour, Hello, Ciao, Ola, Konichiwa!" in the Data and Insights category.   🥇 To top it all off, at the Marketing Research Association Society Awards, we won Gold for Profit Ability 2 in the Application of Analytics category with Thinkbox, Ebiquity plc, EssenceMediacom, Gain Theory, and Mindshare.   A huge congratulations and thank you to our brilliant Wavemakers, clients, and partners on these wins 🧡

    🚨 New campaign alert    We’re thrilled to launch an incredible partnership between the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and LADbible Group for a first-of-its-kind collaboration to spark conversation, understanding, and action for the blind and partially sighted community.    As part of the wider RNIB #BeforeYouAsk campaign, “Blind hijackers” will launch across LADbible's most-loved brands including SPORTbible, Tyla and GAMINGbible, with RNIB taking over their website homepages for a full day. 🎬 We have lots of exciting content in store, including a brand-new episode of Honesty Box featuring disability advocate Toby Addison.   Ann Wixley, our very own Executive Creative Director, said: “This partnership with RNIB and LADbible is the perfect example of how a strategic creative collaboration has the potential to drive social change.   • 🎂🍰 The Great GroupM Bake Off   Earlier today, we joined forces with EssenceMediacom UK and GroupM for the first-ever charity bake sale in our new home at One Southwark Bridge, with all money raised going to Cancer Research UK (CRUK).    From show-stopping cakes to delicious brownies and cupcakes, our talented bakers delivered treats worthy of a Hollywood handshake 🤝 Thanks to everyone who baked, donated, or helped to organise the event - we raised over £2,000 and that wouldn't have been possible without you. Just goes to show the difference we can make when we come together to support an important cause 🧡

  • 🏆 It's a win!    We're very happy to share that our work with Trainline won in the ‘Travel & Transport’ category at Campaign UK's Ad Net Zero Awards today!    The Ad Net Zero awards highlight the trailblazing businesses, organisations and projects across adland that are helping to reduce emissions and pave the way to a ‘net zero’ economy - so we're super proud of this one.   The ‘I Came By Train: Train Heroes’ campaign is dedicated to encouraging modal shift; turning taking the train into an action that people would be proud of. With sustainability at the heart of our planning decisions right from the very beginning, it celebrates the 'climate heroes' who already travel by train, creating an emotional pull and inspiring others to make the same choice next time 🚆💚   A massive congratulations to the team on this win! 

  • 💎 Featuring in VOGUE!   Yep, we partnered with Condé Nast to launch Dylon's brand-new washing detergent in the iconic Vogue.   In the campaign, Henkel's Dylon features luxury fashion-focused content across Vogue, with a bespoke online article that guides the audience on the benefits of the product, all written by a British Vogue editor. The article is partnered with a fabulous glossy Vogue print edition, with beautiful and vibrant visuals across a double page spread.    For more than seven decades, the colour experts at Dylon have helped us reinvent our wardrobes, and now they’re taking an extra step to help us keep every garment as fresh and bright as when we bought it, thanks to their innovative range of laundry detergents 🧼    Check out the Vogue article below 👇 https://lnkd.in/eHVAhtkk
