It is now possible to create 100% valid S1000D data modules from something as simple as a handwritten document. Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), the AI is able to convert the image of a document into text, then extract the relevant information and create a fully valid data module. Reflecting on 2024: Innovation and Growth at WebX Systems As we wrap up 2024, we're proud to highlight key milestones in advancing our technical documentation solutions. This year many enhancements were made to UltraCSDB, UltraAuthor, and UltraPortal, including some very powerful new features to meet evolving industry needs. The S1000D & IPS User Forum and TDW Live events provided valuable opportunities to engage with our community, gather insights, and refine our development roadmap. It was a pleasure to meet many of you in person. A standout achievement was the revealing and demonstration of our, industry-leading AI implementation in UltraCSDB. It showcased the tremendous ability in creating, converting, and managing projects across S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200, and other industry standards. Looking ahead to 2025, we are preparing to launch the highly anticipated UltraCSDB V6 and UltraPortal V4. They include many overhauls and advancements that reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation. Furthermore, we will be providing an early access to our AI features for use in the industry, it's something that we have had a lot of interest about. Another great feature coming in UltraCSDB V4 is the offline synchronisation of documents. You are now able to download documents to take with you offline. And once connection is restored, they will be updated with any changes, and any comments you made will be sent to the server. This helps make UltraPortal much more reliable and versatile, being able to be used in uncertain conditions.
