We’re proud to mark a major milestone at Panattoni UK Park Central A1[M] with the steel signing ceremony for the UK’s largest speculative logistics warehouse currently under construction! 🏗️ Winvic has been appointed by Panattoni to deliver the design and construction of A1[M] 770, which includes a single-storey warehouse/production unit spanning 770,000 sq ft with an 18m clear internal height. The project also features first- and second-floor office space, an external hub office, and a gatehouse. Winvic is delivering extensive site infrastructure, including roadways, service yards, car parks, drainage, and landscaping, all designed to support the facility’s efficient operation.
