Excited to unveil another exciting application of Wobble Genomics Ltd’s platform, building on our results from October that demonstrated the strong predictive diagnostic potential of our technology in early-stage breast cancer. Today at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), we’re presenting our latest findings on how our long-read RNA sequencing platform could advance oncology drug discovery and development. From our prospective breast cancer study, we’ve identified hundreds of thousands of novel full-length RNA isoforms, including cancer-specific variants of oncogenes and tumour suppressors. These discoveries hold immense potential for drug development, paving the way for highly targeted treatments such as RNA-based cancer vaccines and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). We’ve captured these novel RNA isoforms in our comprehensive database, which now includes over 35,000 cancer-specific RNA isoforms. These targets reflect shared tumour-specific properties across the patients from our studies, creating an exciting opportunity to develop scalable, yet precise, cancer therapies. Our platform also provides a comprehensive view of the immune system, unlocking important insights into immune dynamics. This could enable the development of immunotherapies tailored to individual immune profiles, further advancing precision oncology with treatments designed to optimise outcomes, while minimising harm to healthy tissues. A big thank you to the brilliant team at Wobble Genomics Ltd for all their hard work. We have a lot more exciting news to come! #SABCS24 #RNASequencing #DrugDiscovery #OncologyInnovation #WobbleGenomics
