Learn about the University of York groundbreaking Alzheimer's diagnosis research using innovative blood test technology. The research group purchased an ultra-low freezer from us to securely store their samples. Researchers at the University of York are working on a ground-breaking project to develop a blood test for diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease. The initiative, funded by the Alzheimer’s Society, aims to provide a less invasive and more accessible method of early diagnosis compared to current techniques, potentially revolutionizing how the disease is detected and managed. The team has highlighted the importance of proper sample storage in advancing this research. A representative shared their satisfaction with recent lab upgrades, stating: "Yes, we are very happy with the freezer we purchased - no problems to raise at all. We are currently using the freezer to help us store samples for an Alzheimer's Society funded project that relates to the development of a new diagnostic blood test technology.
