Increasing the number and diversity of women in leadership roles in PR and communications
About us
The PR & communications industry is female dominated (67%) overall. However, at senior levels it becomes male dominated with only a third of boardroom positions taken by women. Women in PR exists to address this imbalance. Our mission is to improve equality and diversity across the industry by increasing the number and diversity of women in leadership roles.

A big thanks to everyone in our community who shared that they'd like to see open roles posted on our feed 🙌 This will be a monthly pilot based on how many submissions we receive, so please DM us with any roles you think could be a fit for any of the excellent women in our network. We are looking for the following within the next week: 👉 Job title and Employer 👉 Location (we will do our best to profile a range of regional roles) 👉 Salary band (we will only post positions that share transparent salary bands) 👉 Roles that offer flexible working are encouraged. Let us know if this is the case and we’ll shout this out! 👉 Link to apply and any deadlines for application. We’ll be posting monthly so roles with a very short application window won't be the best fit for this 👉 Agency and in-house manager roles welcomed (around 5+ years of experience is our guideline) #CommsRoles #PR #WomenInPR #WomenSupportingWomen
